These Terms apply to Node1 services provided by HK Douhum Network Technology Co., Limited. Pay particular attention to test disclosures, transaction risks, refund rules and liability limits.

These Terms cover the website, Blog, data feeds, transaction submission, dashboard, APIs and related technical services provided by HK Douhum Network Technology Co., Limited (Node1 or we). Read these Terms before use; do not use the services if you disagree. Anyone acting for an organization must have authority to do so.
The purchased term, allowance, region, price and deliverables are those expressly shown in the order at purchase or agreed in writing. Expressly agreed product-specific terms prevail for conflicting matters. Without a separate written commitment, Node1 promises no fixed latency, throughput, completeness, uptime, continuing advantage over third parties or transaction outcome. Examples and historical measurements are not an SLA. Where a written SLA specifies service credits, those credits are the sole contractual remedy for that SLA failure to the extent legally permitted.
Tests reflect data observed at the time of testing only and do not constitute a long-term commitment.
Tests, rankings, win rates and measured leads in Blog posts, charts, screenshots, demos, documentation and other materials describe observations under the stated dates, samples, configurations and methods. Network paths, load, protocols, regions and third parties can change the outcome; do not extrapolate to other conditions, the present or the future. Unless legally required or agreed in writing, we have no duty to retest or continually update historical posts. Materials are technical information, not investment, trading, legal or tax advice, and promise no return or effective trading strategy.
Except for express written commitments and warranties that cannot legally be excluded, services are supplied as available and in their existing condition. To the extent legally permitted, we disclaim express, implied and statutory warranties, including merchantability, suitability for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Interruptions, errors, security incidents and incomplete or inaccurate data remain possible, and not every defect will be corrected. Assess suitability and maintain monitoring, backups, failover and risk controls. Routine support, Blog posts and social media do not add warranties absent from these Terms or a written order.
Node1 does not control blockchains, sequencers, validators, third-party RPCs or carriers. Successful submission, a transaction hash or an API response is not proof of acceptance, ordering, confirmation or final inclusion. Transactions may be delayed, lost, duplicated, rejected, reverted or reorganized; fees, slippage, MEV, asset prices and liquidity may change. Verify signatures, addresses, networks, assets, nonces, fees and final status yourself. To the extent legally permitted, we are not liable for losses caused by on-chain or third-party events outside our reasonable control, subject to the Non-Excludable Rights and Liability section.
Protect accounts, API keys, UUIDs, access tokens and wallet keys under your control. Do not publish credentials or share access without permission. You are responsible for authorized users, client software, strategies and your systems. Stop affected use and contact us immediately upon suspected compromise or misuse. Do not rely on Node1 to back up or recover wallets or keys under your control or reverse on-chain transactions. Our own legally required security duties remain unaffected.
Do not use services unlawfully, resell or share them without permission, evade limits or access controls, attack or overload systems, steal data or infringe third-party rights. Unauthorized reverse engineering is prohibited to the extent legally permitted; open-source components retain their own licenses. A purchase grants use only within the agreed scope and term, without transferring Node1 software, documentation, trademarks or other intellectual property.
Prices and billing follow the order at purchase. Unless the order, written agreement or applicable law provides otherwise, delivered or commenced subscription periods, consumed allowances and incurred fees are non-refundable; voluntarily stopping use creates no automatic refund. A difference from historical benchmarks, personal expectations or third-party comparisons alone creates no refund entitlement. Node1 cannot unilaterally reverse blockchain transfers; recovery of wrong-network, wrong-asset, wrong-address or duplicate payments is not guaranteed. Orders or applicable law determine taxes, network and third-party charges. Remedies for our material breach and statutory refund rights remain available.
Maintenance, incident response, security events, third-party outages or legal requirements may require throttling, adjustments or suspension. We may restrict or end access for violations, non-payment, compromised credentials, abnormal traffic or risk to the platform or others. Urgent security or compliance action may precede notice. Termination for your breach does not automatically refund incurred fees. If we permanently discontinue prepaid paid services for commercial reasons unrelated to your breach, we will refund prepaid service fees proportionally for the undelivered period unless otherwise lawfully agreed in writing.
To the maximum extent legally permitted and subject to Non-Excludable Rights and Liability, Node1 is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses, or lost profits, expected returns, trading opportunities, revenue, goodwill, data, business interruption or replacement-service costs, even if warned of their possibility. These limits apply to contract, tort and other claims relating to the services.
No disclaimer, refund restriction or remedy restriction excludes or limits fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or other liability that applicable law prohibits excluding or limiting. Non-waivable consumer and other statutory rights remain intact. Any restriction subject to a statutory reasonableness requirement applies only insofar as that requirement is met. Invalid provisions do not invalidate the remainder to the extent legally permitted.
To the extent legally permitted, indemnify Node1 for reasonable losses and defense costs from third-party claims directly caused by your unlawful use, infringement of third-party rights or breach of use restrictions. We must give prompt notice and reasonable assistance and may not settle on terms adding obligations for you without consent. This does not shift liability caused by Node1 fault or liability that cannot legally be transferred.
We may update these Terms for service or legal changes and identify the update date. Material changes affecting existing paid services will receive reasonable advance notice through account email, dashboard or another appropriate channel, except where law or urgent security needs require otherwise. Updates do not retrospectively remove accrued rights or automatically override express commitments in existing written orders. Separate consent will be obtained where required by law.
